I’m sure everyone have experienced our video games being confiscated by our moms. And most of the time, all we could do is just whine about it and sulk for the reminder of the day.
However, this angry 14 year old teen in Aichi Prefecture took things a little too far when he stabbed his mother after she confiscated one of his video games.
According to police, an emergency call was received at around 5:40 p.m. Sunday from a woman who told the operator that her son had stabbed her, TBS reported. Paramedics rushed to the scene and found the woman had been stabbed in the back with a kitchen knife.Source: JapanToday
Following his arrest, the junior high school student was quoted by police as saying that he lost his temper because his mother took away a video game he had bought without telling her, TBS reported.
Doctors said the woman’s left lung was punctured in the attack, but that her injuries are not life-threatening.
I’m actually quite interested to know what was the title of the video game. Wonder what could make him go crazy like that? I’m quite at a loss for words but I sure hope none of you would emulate his wrong actions.
I still recall when I was young my mom used to confiscate the power cable to my PC so that I couldn’t play games after school. In the end, I managed to figure out that the power cables from other electric appliances could work as well ^^
