For a mean fighting machine like Tetsujin 28-go, you wouldn’t expect to see it in girly pink. But that’s exactly what’s happened to the full scale statue located in Wakamatsu Park in the city of Kobe’s Nagata Ward.
From Today’s Japan Photo, we take a look at the Tetsujin 28-go Gigantor that has been lit with 40 pink lights last Sunday in honor of the Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The event was held to help raise awareness about the early detection and treatment of breast cancer.
